This is based on an original painting which I painted after visiting Jardin Majorelle in Marrakesh, Morrocco. Which was owned by one of my favoruite artists and designers Yves Saint Laurent. There is a unique artistic energy at Jardin Majorelle which I feel that this piece encapsulates.
